What Sophie is building
My biggest challenge has been to limit the demands I put upon myself. I’m proud of the reputation I have built up as a trainer of investigative interviewing and of the results I have seen through my coaching practice. Leaving a large public sector organisation and going it alone has been a learning curve that I’m enjoying.
I’m Sophie, founder of Green Carrot Coaching & Training Consultancy. After more than 31 years in policing, including many years as a Detective and specialist in investigative interviewing, I now help individuals and organisations develop their skills, confidence and decision-making through practical training and coaching. I deliver short, practical investigation courses, including investigative interviewing, alongside coaching that helps people reflect, grow and make positive changes. I’m keen to connect with local businesses and people who are interested in developing their people, improving professional practice and learning from each other.
