What Mohamed is building
I'd say probably building something from the ground up. There have been plenty of moments where progress was slower than expected. I’m most proud of turning an idea into a real platform that people can actually use. WorkDisputes.co.uk has grown from a concept into a practical resource bringing together employment tribunal information, case research and AI infused tools, designed to help people navigate workplace disputes. What pushed me to a new level was realising that having a good idea isn’t always enough. You have to keep improving it, listen to feedback, deal with setbacks and continue when things don’t go according to schedule.
Passionate about making UK employment rights more accessible, practical and easier to understand. We created WorkDisputes to make it easier for everyone to access practical tools, employment tribunal information, document templates and AI-powered case research, all in one platform. With a focus on simplifying complex employment matters, WorkDisputes aims to help people better understand their situation, organise their case and take informed next steps.
