My career has been anything but conventional, spanning engineering, property, operations, HR, talent acquisition, coaching, and business consultancy. Each chapter has strengthened my understanding of people, businesses, and what helps both thrive. Along the way, I've developed a passion for connecting ideas, solving problems, and helping others unlock their potential. Today, I bring that experience together to support individuals, leaders, and businesses in achieving meaningful growth.

With more than 25 years of experience in business, coaching, operations, and talent development, I am super passionate about helping people and ideas thrive. I founded SBIN to bring together the incredible talent, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit that exists across Stroud. A natural connector, I'm driven by the belief that the best opportunities often begin with a conversation.
