I’ve been working in marketing for 16 years, with most of my experience in CRM and email marketing. I love taking complicated or messy set ups and making them simpler and easier to manage, whether that’s improving customer journeys, emails, segmentation or automation. I also design and build websites, so I can turn my hand to quite a few things on the digital side!
